People who have lost pets to vets know the grief and impotent rage one is filled with. Well, there is something you can and should do to punish sloppy, careless, uncaring vets who take animal lives instead of saving them.
All vets are required to be registered with the Veterinary Council of India. It has an office in each State which investigates complaints about veterinary malpractice and has the power to cancel a vet’s licence to practise.
