In these school various Programme like essay writing, Nara lekhan, drowing participated by nearly 300 students. PFA Sirohi - Animal health and vaccination camp in tribal area Bamanwadji

 Tribal belt of dist. Sirohi Tehsil Pindwara having lot of no. of livestock like sheep goat and cattle and buffaloes, camels etc.one holy place of the jain community near this Pindwara Tehsil in village Bamanwadji named Bamanwadji Tirthsthan. Few animal lover of the jain community wanted to organize animal health camp in memories of their most loving and respected late kamal vijay maharaj. This year in month of nov. 4rth death anniversary of guru maharaj was the best occasion for this noble work, so that Ms. Romi Bhansali who was coordinator of this camp and the founder of asha puri charitable trust decide to organize an animal health and vaccination camp with the help of pfa sirohi abd the animal husbandry department of sirohi. Mr. Amit Singh deol start the campaign for this camp in all villages near this holy place. Mr. Alok Kumar, Ambalal Soni given financial support for this camp. 3 days animal health and vaccination camp organize at the premises of bamanwadji temple. In this camp overall 5767 animals were benefited. Among these 222 animals got general treatment, surgery performed on 8 animals, 28 animals were treated combat infertility treatment, 2336 animals were vaccinated with seasonal vaccines, 5545 sheep and goat treated deworming medicines. Village Undra, Parlai, Sanwada, Virvada, Jhadoli, Ambaji were benefited. Ms. Romi Bhansali, PFA Sec. Amit Deol and Ajit Gohil, Sunil Verma and Shantilal was the persons those made good job at all. From veterinary side, Dr. Inder Singh, Dr. Sudher, Dr. Temburkar, Dr. Chaudhry, Dr. Badgurjar, Dr. Khatri, Dr. Badole and few astt. worker performed their duty very well. On this great occasion many of followers of respected late Lamal Vijay Ji Maharaj taking oath regarding welfare towards needy animals and given great great thanks to Ms. Romi Bhansali and Amit Deol. After is decided that within next three year same type of camp will also be organized by few animal lover at the same place. [Image Gallery]
PFA Sirohi - Animal Welfare and Preventive Health Awareness Camp

 Today on 31-10-2012 in the village mandwariya distt Sirohi an animal welfare and health awareness camp was organized with leadership of pfa sirohi and animal husbandry deptt. of sirohi. This camp financially and socially supported by "Shri Adeshwer Jain Sangh Mandwariya". During camp three members of this group Mr. Shah Nainmal, Mr. Sanghvi Pukhraj, Mr. Sanghvichampalal visited camp site and interact with animal owner and veterinary staff and local socialworkers and appreciate their efforts and agree to organize this type of camp every year in this village. In this camp total 890 animals were benefited, cattle and buffaloes, camels, sheep and goat and few horses were benefited. Camp was supported at veterinary level by Dr. Bhaskar, Dr. Aovais Khan and other supportive staff. Mr. Amit Singh Deol, secretary PFA Sirohi was over all anchor ofthis event .

PFA Sirohi - Valentine Day Celebrated As A Healthy Puppy Day

 On valentine’s day, pfa Sirohi organize a camp for the dogs in sirohi city. For this activity we started campaigning in last week, went to streets of Sirohi city and made some volunteer from each street and aware them and boost them to support this noble work. Local people of every street taken participation specially children, women, other local leaders also. With the help of local Govt. veterinary staff and few animal lovers, those are celebrating valentines day as healthy puppy day. We have done 40 vaccination of anti rabies and around 210 dogs were treated with neomec (ivermectin) tablets as well as subcutaneous injection for the problem of itching and other worm infestation. During this whole day activity many people come forward and support us to make their street healthy by making their street’s puppies healthy as free from rabies and free from itching and worms. In every street women came forward and offered milk to puppies and dogs, then we mixed neomec tab. In the milk puppy get deworming medicine easily. So PFA Sirohi team and animal husbandry deptt. and all the animal lovers of Sirohi city celebrated valentine’s day as a healthy puppy day.

PFA Sirohi - 3 Days veterinary and Animal Welfare Camp at Uthman

 Village Uthman distt. Sirohi Rajasthan, having all types of livestock specially sheep and goat with large number, cows, buffaloes and camels. In this area people from jain community are very much lover of animals and they are all time ready to do help for the needy and poor animals. As far as concern with animal owners, one big community that is rebari having lot of cows and sheep and goats in thousands of number and other caste also having good no. of animals. This area of Rajasthan is coming under tribal belt. As we done in last October third week, veterinary and animal welfare camp in this village. By that camp we helped so many animals. After that camp we had lot of appreciation from animal owners of this village and those are in need for their animals. And animal lovers of this village and from near villages specially from jain community was also so much happy with effort of pfa Sirohi and animal husbandry deptt sirohi. (Especially Government veterinary Clinic, Palri (m) nearby Uthman)
In that camp when donors visited camp site and seen the work of veterinarian and pfa workers, they were very happy and announce next 3 days camp in this village, for the help of animals of this village and also nearby 5-7 villages specially for animals those were not benefited in that camp and if there any animal require any surgical process.
After this announcement by few animal lovers from this village, pfa team sirohi, govt. vet from palri (m) Dr. Aves khan, started planning to arrange 3 days camp in uthman village.
One important thing regarding camp is that few priests from jain community were also very interested for this 3 days camp activity, that’s why they met us many times before camp dates, and they came at camp site on every day of camp and one of them who is very much impressed by pfa work was stayed there to see complete surgical process of one buffalo. He was also done great job that is he was given message to Jain people to come forward for the help of animals. And few people same time announced next camp expected in April 2012.
As we received date from donors for this camp (because their religious function was also coming in December), so after finalization of dates, we have prepared a 4 banner with full of activities and dates and pamphlets with dates and names of staff (veterinary).
We as a pfa team with help of vet. from govt. clinic started campaigning for this camp in uthman village and near villages are as follows bagsin, palri (m), posaliya, panchdeval, radbar, choolii. We visited all the school of these villages, and met with students and teacher and also done meeting with sarpanch (democratic leader of village or we can say jan pritinidhi). And we hired an vehicle with recorded audio cd with details of camp and dates, one more interesting thing is that one person from uthman village who is belongs to rebari community and working as peon in govt. school, was voluntarily join us for the help in camp and also in campaigning as he was belong to rebari community, our message in rebari people was easily dispersed and by this effort outcome was great all the rebari owners came with their animals camp site.
After with full efforts we started 3 days camp, for this camp animal husbandry deptt. Sirohi deputed 4 veterinarians 4 vet. assistants 6 assistant Workers.
In 3 days camp we have attend 3840 animals. Out of this figure we have treated around 223 animals and 40 animals were treated for infertility, 5 animals were passed through surgical processes, vaccination for the camels for surra are 107, vaccination for cattle and buffaloes around 110 and ETV for sheep and goat around 2780 and large and small animal dosing (deworming) 1727.
Special features of camps that we have treated 2 horses, one elephant and one dog and one crow(bird), one wild cow, one vulture
Note: some sheep and goats are common for etv and deworming
Highlights on PFA works: In last 13 yrs (1998 to currently) we have organized 151 camps for the animal welfare in tribal belt. In these camps total 2, 95,031 animal are benefitted and 10010 animal owners of 151 villages are benefitted.

(D) Other Animal Welfare Activities:-
- Picking-up hit animals from roads and providing free treatment free treatment and shelter.
- Online help call service. We have extended our services to urban & rural people to help their domestic animals. For this our unit is organization a cattle camp twice in a month with all our experts from veterinary department & animal lovers department. We provide well drugs for animals to people for animal welfare.
- Door step call service. Treatment is given to animals by mobile clinics with good facilities in rescue home. After treatment they are returned back to their locality with good care.
- Conservation of wild life: Relief to the wild animals (i.e. Neelgai, Hare, Monkey etc.). Those injured near the highway due to accident. During shortage of drinking water in famine, we provide water for wild animals in forest. Plantation of trees is also included in our wild life conservation programme.
- During treatment in mobile clinics & camps, PFA Sirohi Unit is working properly for wild animals & other domestic animals. Training regarding promotion of wild life conservation & treatment is being given by PFA Sirohi through various programmes & demonstration with rural & urban people. Treatment is open for 24 hours service by ambulance & expert doctors.
The department appreciates the service of PEOPLE FOR ANIMALS, SIROHI UNIT rendered for welfare of poor animals. Achievement of this unit is the best than any other Social Unit due to the hard social work of every member of this Unit so that the poor animals can receive the best treatment. Its humble nature made famous in rural & urban area because of its animals loving nature.
