People For Animals - India's largest Animal welfare organization by Maneka Gandhi

PFA member Nabonita Upadhyay, with the help of willing member Totan Das rescued a very rare specis of  snake from Ghoshpukur Tea Garden area, near Siliguri. It was handed over to Islampur Forest Office and released in Sapnikla Forest, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur. The snake is about  3.5 feet long and pink in colour, rarely found in West Bengal. Its name is unknown to us.
